Midtown Riverside

Shape the Future of Midtown

Historic Roots. Modern Energy.

A Property-Based Improvement District (PBID) is being explored in Riverside's Midtown area, located in Ward 3 of the City. The City of Riverside is working with property owners, businesses, and community stakeholders to facilitate the exploration and formation process of the potential PBID in Midtown.

It was theirs. It's ours. It can be yours.

It belongs to the people who remember what was here, the people building lives and businesses here today, and the people who are just beginning to discover it.
